I don't hear any audio in the headset.

Check that the headset is connected. Check the audio settings of the softphone and the Windows audio settings. The headset must be set as the standard audio device for audio and voice.

My microphone doesn't seem to be working, the person I am talking to cannot hear me.

The headset has lost pairing with the base. After a reset and after a few minutes of charging, the blue headset symbol on the base flashes and a connection is still not possible.

Press the button on the back of the base with the two arrows for 6 seconds. Then press the mute button on the headset for 6 seconds. The headset and base should now flash blue to indicate the active pairing process. This can take up to 2 minutes. Repeat the process if the pairing was not successfully completed.

One of the buttons on the headset appears to be stuck or pressed in. Can I fix it?

No, not on the customer side. But you can send us the device. The item will be repaired free of charge within the warranty period of 2 years from the date of purchase.
